Dental Aid Personnel provides both temporary and permanent placements of dental auxiliaries. Our goal is to enable you to do what matters most to your practice... run it effectively and efficiently. Dentistry is your specialty and ours is finding the right staff to make your business successful.

PERMANENT PLACEMENT

Dental Aid Placement - Dental Aid will assist in the staffing solutions for the dental office. We will complete reference checks, conduct initial interviews and narrow the field of prospective applicants who suit your needs. Payment is due only when an applicant is hired.

3rd Party Placements - post your own job vacancies on our job board allowing the flexibility of personally receiving all resumes for as low as $99.00 CAD (+GST) per 30 day posting. DFI does not get involved in the selection of these candidates. All jobs will be reviewed and paid for via PayPal before posting takes place.

TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS

The client is responsible for withholding deductions at source and paying the temporary employee directly.

Payment to the temporary employee may be at the end of the assignment, or through your payroll with two weeks, unless other arrangements have been made. The client is invoiced the placement fee by DFI at the end of each week.
